OopsTime does not accept responsibility for unsolicited materials and is not obligated to return, publish, compensate, or maintain confidentiality for unsolicited submissions unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

OopsTime does not endorse, sponsor, or guarantee creators, brands, products, services, or companies unless expressly stated in an official OopsTime editorial or commercial disclosure.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
OopsTime is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available. Editorial content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes and should not be relied on as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OopsTime and its owners, editors, contributors, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.
9. Indemnification
